Products in original and unaltered condition may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt with ADVANCE AUTHORIZATION by Wood Essence Distributing. Any returns without prior authorization or that are not in agreed condition will be refused.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please notify us immediately if there are shipping damages or if your order is not filled correctly.

The Customer or User is responsible to determine the suitability of these products for their intended use and assumes all risk and liability in connection with use of these products.
